45 rail stations to be upgraded

The DfT has announced a second round of 45 rail stations that will be improved under its Access for All funding. The first round of 47 stations was announced in March and a third round is expected in the new year. The £370m Access for All funding up to 2015 will make stations easier for disabled people to use. The DfT funding will be match funded from partners in the industry, which will bring total spending at the 45 stations to £12m....
