Lee-Kong is driven by happy customers

Dealing with fruit and veg at his local greengrocers might not have been the same as dealing with MAN Enviro 300, 50-seat single deckers at Stagecoach, but it helped give operations manager at Stagecoach Swindon, David Lee Kong, a good grounding in customer service skills.
