National Express to exit London?

National Express Group could exit the London bus market to help refinance almost £500m of debt.

The group is understood to have held sale talks with Singapore-based ComfortDelGro, which is one of the five largest bus operators in London with a fleet of 1,250 buses.  The Singaporeans were interested in acquiring National Express Group’s Travel London subsidiary, which operates 350 buses.
