One very large bus company recently wrote to New Transit to cancel all of its subscriptions. The move was instigated by the engineering director as part of a wider effort to cut costs. But it turns out that the firm only has one subscription for its 3,000 employees - it must believe it has nothing to learn from its industry colleagues. Perhaps that’s why it’s so short of cash!
