A new seven-storey car park will provide 1,000 spaces for a refurbished shopping centre in South Wales. The Kingsway shopping centre is being refitted at a cost of £20m. HGB Construction started building the car park last month, with its completion expected for the summer of next year.
The new car park replaces an ageing multi-storey which was demolished in April.
