Parking CCTV in central London falls 30%

The use of CCTV for parking enforcement in central London has been cut from 145 to 100, Westminster City Council has announced. A further 30 cameras have been removed where traffic problems have been reduced significantly, the council said. These will be relocated to traffic hot-spots where there are known problems with congestion and anti-social parking.
