Creative to run Greenock retail car park

Creative Parking Solutions (CPS) has taken a 10-year lease on the car parks serving the Oak Mall Shopping Centre in Greenock, Scotland. The centre has almost 100 stores and is served by two car parks.

CPS is using automatic numberplate recognition (ANPR) through its TrafficGuard system to enforce new parking charges at the centre. The charge is £1 per hour with a four-hour maximum stay. CPS have installed new payment terminals within the centre and customers have the option to pay by cash...
