Don’t overlook talent from public sector

From my position of (to use that acting term) “resting” from the transport industry, I feel slightly detached from the majority of your excellent publication. But I’d like to comment on the ‘40 under 40’ list of talented young managers, as I no longer qualify to be included (by age or employment!)
