VINCI Park has acquired Meteor Parking from public transport operator Go-Ahead Group for around £11m.
All elements of Meteor will transfer to VINCI except the the Nikaro security business, which has been sold to Securitas Mobile. Go-Ahead said the sales completes the rationalisation of its aviation services division, which has seen the sale of ground handling and cargo operations.
