USL StructureCare has completed the installation of waterproofing systems at car parks serving The Mall retail centre in Blackburn, Lancashire.
A mixture of mastic asphalt and lightweight deck coating systems was used on the Mall’s rooftop parking area and two multi-storey car parks.
