Go Ahead regime change, or is it?

The news that Go Ahead chief executive Keith Ludeman is to retire after five years leading the London-based transport group and that his successor will be David Brown, Transport for London’s managing director of surface transport, is not really surprising. After all Brown’s already filled Ludeman’s shoes once before. In effect he’s coming home.
