National Car Parks (NCP) has promoted its chief operating officer Jo Cooper to the role of chief executive. She takes over from Andrew Potter, who left the company in December.
Cooper, who joined NCP in 2009 after six years with energy firm Npower, takes responsibility for off-street and season ticket revenues across the company’s entire estate. She was initially the company’s commercial director, and then became chief operating officer.
