Westminster City Council is consulting on a major overhaul of parking permit and loading arrangements designed to manage traffic demands in the West End. The council is proposing to increase the availability of resident and visitor parking, while improving loading and waiting facilities. It is also reviewing the provision of electric charging point bays and car club bays.
