New guidance to improve village street environments has been published with the endorsement of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
The guidance builds on the street design philosophy of Manual for Streets, showing how its principles can be applied in village environments. It has been prepared by the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership and consultant Hamilton-Baillie Associates.
