The 15-storey Bittoms car park in the centre of Kingston-upon-Thames, south-west London, has been given its first refurbishment in almost 20 years.
A phased refurbishment programme, which lasted six weeks, was undertaken by Greenwich-based Hilton Abbey. The works were phased in order to keep as much of the car park as possible open for shoppers as well as those attending the nearby Crown Court.
