Walsall converts grass verges to relieve parking congestion

Walsall Council is earmarking funds of £250,000 to convert grass verges into parking areas. Sites have not yet been revealed but similar funding is anticipated in the coming years after residents raised concerns over congestion in the West Midlands town.
