Lambeth plans framework deal for phone parking

Lambeth council has appointed PayByPhone as the first step in its bid to create a phone parking framework agreement involving Westminster, City of London, Transport for London and Brighton & Hove Council.

The contract with PayByPhone, Lambeth’s incumbent phone operator, is due to start in July and run for three years with the option of a one-year extension. The service will also allow customers to pay for parking through local retailers using the PayPoint service.
