Islington’s parking chief John Galsworthy has left the London borough to take up a new post as chief technology officer at IT company 360Globalnet. His role at Islington has been split between two existing directors, with head of traffic & engineering Zahur Khan taking charge of enforcement and head of greenspace & leisure and James Gilchrist managing the business and IT side of the operation.
