The DfT has offered Nottingham City Council £1.5m to help fund 15 more electric buses, which will take the city’s electric bus fleet up to 43 vehicles.
The grant offer is part of the £12m being distributed to 14 projects via the fourth round of the Government’s Green Bus Fund. In all, the £12m should help deliver 213 buses.
