Nick Richardson enjoys being in the driving seat. Before becoming a transport planner he drove buses for a living, working for United Counties in Northampton. You may still occasionally see him behind the wheel – he’s active in Winchester’s bus preservation scene – but nowadays he earns his corn as a projects director for consultant Mott MacDonald, based in the firm’s Southampton office.
