Car park floor dedicated to Blue Badge holders

A whole floor of a multi-storey in Enfield, north London has become available solely for the use of Blue Badge holders. 

All 27 spaces on the lower level of the Palace Gardens Shopping Centre car park are for disabled customers only. This marks a rise from the previous allocation of 20 disabled spaces at the 550-space car park, owned by Standard Life and managed by the London Borough of Enfield.
