Marston Holdings has appointed George Watt as the debt recovery group’s chief operating officer. This newly created post has overall responsibility for operations and IT across the business.
Watt was formerly chief operating officer at Marlin Financial, a debt purchasing company. He has also held senior positions at Centrica, RWE npower and Lloyds Bank.
