FirstGroup is struggling to turn around the performance of its bus operations in Glasgow, chief executive Tim O’Toole has admitted.
O’Toole reminded City analysts that FirstGroup had recently introduced a new network in the city dubbed SimpliCITY.
“It has done very well compared to where we have not made changes elsewhere but the fact remains Glasgow has not turned round financially,” he said.
