A West Midlands council is using specialist software to generate letters in response to drivers queries about bus lane enforcement.
Walsall Council took on bus lane enforcement in July 2013 as part of a Midlands-wide initiative to improve traffic flow for buses. To help its PCN correspondence team deal efficiently with the increased workload, it has introduced Response Master, a letter-generating software system developed by Barbour Logic.
