A lack of free parking in Mold, Flintshire, is damaging local businesses and forcing drivers to park illegally, according to a Conservative member of the Welsh Assembly.
More than a 1,000 penalty charge notices have been issued in Flintshire since the introduction of decriminalised parking enforcement on 1 October. Of the fines, 800 were for illegal parking on the street.
