A member of Croydon’s award-winning parking team Zakki Ghauri has taken on the role of portfolio manager for both Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. Ghauri was a member of the team that bagged four trophies in 2011.
Fellow members of the Croydon ‘dream team’, Mirsad Bakalovic and Barry Francis, have since moved on to senior roles at Tower Hamlets and Ealing respectively.
