Overground trains serving the Old Oak Common HS2 station, big changes to the construction plans for the Euston HS2 station, and a link between the West Coast Main Line and east-west Crossrail all feature in Transport for London’s petition against the Hybrid Bill for the London-West Midlands high-speed railway.
