The Traffic Penalty Tribunal has appointed barrister Stephen Knapp as its deputy chief adjudicator. Knapp has been an adjudicator at the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for 15 years, as well as working as a judge for the Special Educational Needs Tribunal.
Knapp’s appointment follows an internal restructuring of the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT) designed to support the changing scope of work and the needs of its adjudicators.
