Ceredigion’s head of parking services Katy Spain has appeared before a judge accused of misconduct in public office. Spain, who was named Young Parking Professional of the Year at the British Parking Awards 2014, attended a preliminary hearing at Swansea Crown Court before Judge Keith Thomas.
Her barrister, Dyfed Thomas, said she would enter a plea of not guilty at a plea and case management hearing scheduled for 1 September.
