BPA says POPLA will not go down alternative dispute resolution route

The British Parking Association Approved Operator Scheme will not be seeking to have its appeals service classed as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

This is a different approach from that being taken by the Independent Parking Committee, which is having its Independent Appeals Service accredited under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.
