A Stoke-on-Trent school has used part its education budget to employ civil enforcement officers (CEOs) to deter parents from parking illegally, and said it would do so again, to ensure safety. The decision to call in the CEOs followed complaints about vehicles being parked on double-yellow lines and blocking residents’ drives.
