An underground retail car park in the Netherlands was named the Best New Car Park in the European Parking Awards, which were presented in Berlin at the end of September.
The award winners were revealed during the European Parking Congress, the biennial gathering of the European Parking Association (EPA).
The competition recognises achievement in the design of new car parks, renovation of existing ones, on-street operations, communication and innovation.
