An Office of Fair Trading (OFT) decision that declared debt collection agency Roxburghe (UK) “unfit” has been quashed by a First-tier Tribunal following an appeal. After the OFT’s decision last year, Roxburghe (UK) went into administration. The firm had lost its Consumer Credit Licence (CCL) along with sister company debt purchaser HFO Capital and associated debt collection agency HFO Services.
