Bus QPS standards impractical, says Lancs operator

Councils in Lancashire are in talks with a bus operator to try and resolve its concerns about a proposed statutory quality partnership scheme (QPS). 

Lancashire County Council and Blackburn with Darwen Council are proposing a QPS for bus services covering a number of routes in the towns of Blackburn, Accrington, Clayton Le Moors, Great Harwood and Rishton.
