An accreditation scheme that recognises how parking operators look after their customers has been launched by mobility rights campaigner Helen Dolphin MBE.
The People’s Parking initiative seeks to recognise how car parks also cater for the needs of people with disabilities, parents with children, people who drive electric vehicles and those who drive commercial vehicles or camper vans.
