Annual reports produced by eight local authorities have been short listed for the PARC Awards organised by PATROL, the joint committee of local authorities undertaking civil parking enforcement outside London.
Around 50 reports were considered for this year’s awards and the winners will be announced in the summer. They are competing for two trophies: Outstanding Overall Report and Outstanding Shorter Report.
