Coventry City Council is the first local authority to trial the use of on-street parking sensors to enable drivers to see parking availability in real-time via the AppyParking app and website.
The trial sees total 72 bays have been fitted with low energy, long life sensors supplied by Nwave. The sensors cover every disabled parking bay in Coventry and 36 paid parking bays.
