Westminster City Council has promoted head of parking operations Sarah Sutton to the position of director of public protection and licensing.
Sutton became the council’s service delivery manager for parking in 2011 and head of parking in 2015 following the promotion of Kieran Fitsall to head of improvement and service transformation.
The council has confirmed that Fitsall will cover the parking services role until a new head of parking is appointed....
