Residents and businesses are to be consulted on a new parking scheme in streets around New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton.
The City of Wolverhampton Council is proposing to introduce a permit system for residents and local businesses.
Pay & display machines will be used to control spaces available to the general public, through which permit holders would be able to use without charge.
