CONCERNS HAVE been voiced about whether Welsh train services will be compliant with accessibility rules when they come into force in 2020. 

The Welsh Government says bidders for the next Wales & Borders franchise, due to begin 14 months before the deadline for all passenger trains to comply with disabled access regulations, will have to supply compliant stock.
