Scottish Borders examines case for decriminalised parking enforcement

Scottish Borders Council is to carry out a study of 12 towns to assess introducing decriminalised parking enforcement (DPE). Parking patrols  had been provided for the council by Police Scotland, but this service was withdrawn in 2014.
