PATROL cuts PCN administration charges for councils

Local authorities enforcing parking and traffic regulations outside London in England and Wales will be paying less for the administration of appeals made by motorists.

The PATROL Adjudication Joint Committee has reduced its charges to member authorities from 45p to 40p per penalty charge notice (PCN). The reduction is backdated to 1 April 2016.
