Refurbishment contractor Cemplas Waterproofing & Concrete Repairs has expanded its team, hiring Tom Revett as contracts manager, car parks and Graeme Middleton as business development Manager. Both Revett and Middleton both previously worked in the car park refurbishment sector with Makers Construction.
