Motorists claiming they were issued parking charge notices in a private car park because a payment terminal did not correctly register their number plates can have the tickets waived, as long as they pay an administration fee. The offer to waive the PCNs was made by the car park’s operator, Premier Parking Solutions (PPS), which runs the Keaton Road car park in Ivybridge, near Plymouth.
