Patrick Troy has resigned as chief executive of the British Parking Association (BPA), citing “personal reasons”.
He joined the association in 2009 from Transport for London (TfL), where he had been of traffic enforcement from 2001. At TfL he was responsible for bus lane enforcement and moving traffic enforcement on the Red Route nework.
