Sheffield hopes online system will speed up parking permit process

Sheffield City Council has launched a virtual permit system for parking.

The system went live on 21 March. The first services to go paperless were resident permits, individual business permits and green permits. Visitor, business pool and trade and utility parking permits will be available online later in the year.
