Richard Boultbee has left Metric Group to become executive director of IPS (UK), the British operation of North American parking equipment systems manufacturer IPS Group.
Boultbee’s parking career started with a 10-year tenure at Amber Valley Borough Council in Derbyshire, where he was parking and CCTV officer. He joined the sales team at payment systems manufacturer Metric Group in 2003, rising to the role of director of sales and marketing.
