Michael Cosentino has joined parking IT specialist Zatpark to the new role of local authority business development manager. His main task is to bring the newly launched iZatPark on-street enforcement app to market.
Cosentino was previously technical director at Civica, a company providing enforcement notice processing software used in civil parking enforcement. He worked for Civica for 24 year and was product director for civil enforcement systems when he left the company in late 2013.
