Southend bus depot becomes a Sunday coach park

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will be offering coach drivers Sunday lunch when they pay to park in a designated parking area at the coastal resort. Coaches are now allowed to use Arriva’s Short Street bus depot on Sundays.

The £22 fee for parking includes a voucher, which is to be redeemed for a lunch at a seafront café, details of which are printed on their booking confirmation.
