Hackney to curb West Ham football fans parking on residential streets

Hackney Council has launched a consultation on introducing controls that could see football fans heading to West Ham matches banned from parking in streets around the Premier League side’s stadium on matchdays.

The consultation follows complaints from residents that their parking spaces were being taken by football fans heading to Wes Ham United's London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford.
